Pay practice
Paid as expertise.
- $65/hour base rate across specialties, as of July 2026. Expert domains are rated higher.
- $250 onboarding bonus after an expert's first qualified project, as of July 2026.
- No piece-rate tasking. Expert work is scoped and paid as professional time.
Payment timing
Paid on schedule, in-country.
Experts are paid on the schedule stated in their agreement, in their own country. Pay that arrives when promised is the baseline of professional treatment, not a perk.
Engagement
Terms before the first task.
Every expert works under a written agreement in their own country, with scope, rates, and the quality bar stated before the first task. The same verified identity carries across every project they take.
Neutrality
No borrowed credibility.
We do not publish customer names, logos, testimonials, or case studies without written permission — and we do not imply that any lab is a customer. What we can't demonstrate, we don't claim.
Disclosure
The property, not the mechanics.
We publish what is verified — identity, employer, role, seniority — and to what standard: at source, against systems of record. How verification runs stays ours. In customer diligence we go deeper, under NDA: sourcing, accountability, and the audit trail behind every delivery.
