You may browse, link to, and quote our published materials with attribution. You may not scrape the site to build competing datasets, misrepresent our benchmark results, remove attribution, or use the site in a way that degrades it for others.
Published materials & coverage data
Our published materials — including coverage figures and research — are provided for transparency. If you cite them, cite them accurately and with their date. Sample or illustrative data shipped for demonstration purposes is labeled as such and must not be represented as measured figures.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, and published materials are owned by Rainbow or its licensors. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the organizations or systems discussed.
No advice
Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial, or investment advice. Our published evaluations describe model behavior under our methodology; they are not a warranty of any model's fitness for your use case.
Disclaimers & liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainbow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
