Workforce Operations Manager

Lead the day-to-day machinery of expert data production: staffing, throughput, quality, and the thousand small decisions between them.

What you'll do

• —Run production for multiple concurrent expert projects
• —Balance throughput against quality with data, not vibes
• —Coach expert leads and reviewers on rubric fidelity
• —Escalate the right problems before they're emergencies

• —Experience running data, content, or research operations
• —Spreadsheet-to-SQL analytical fluency
• —Direct, kind people leadership
