Staff Software Engineer — Platform

Build the platform where thousands of the world's sharpest experts do their best work — annotation tools that feel like instruments, not forms.

What you'll do

• —Own major product surfaces of the expert platform end to end
• —Design interfaces for rubric grading, disagreement, and appeal
• —Set the technical bar in review and pairing
• —Ship weekly to users who will absolutely tell you what's wrong

What we're looking for

• —8+ years building production web applications
• —Deep TypeScript/React and API design experience
• —Track record owning products, not just tickets
• —Care for latency and detail in equal measure
