Every frontier lab needs domain experts and native speakers to train and evaluate models — in dozens of languages, at scale. Most of that talent gets vetted the same way: a resume, a LinkedIn profile, and a contractor agreement. None of that confirms what someone actually did in their last job, how long they stayed, or whether they were any good at it.
We can confirm it, because we were the employer.
What we're launching
Rainbow is built on more than a decade of employment infrastructure: payroll, compliance, and employment operations behind a verified network of 15M+ professionals across 120 countries. For a meaningful share of that network we hold ground-truth data: real roles pulled from actual contracts, validated tenure, satisfaction history, direct contact, and confirmed language fluency.
That coverage isn't limited to knowledge work. It spans electricians, mechanics, CNC operators, energy and agriculture specialists, aviation technicians, defense-sector engineers, industrial and manufacturing specialists, IT professionals, project managers, insurance and financial-sector specialists, lawyers, doctors, and nurses — the technical and blue-collar expertise most RLHF vendors can't reach through a marketplace sign-up form.
Why now
Identity has become the weak link of the AI data supply chain — on the input side and the human side alike. And the compliance model most of the industry runs on, 1099 contractors at arm's length, is aging badly in front of regulators and courts.
We close both gaps at once: workers you can trust are who they say they are, employed and paid in a way that doesn't leave you holding the risk. Rainbow is built and led by co-founders Danny Grander and Shlomy Amsalem.
A resume is a claim. A contract is a fact.
If you're training or evaluating frontier models, we'd love to show you the network. And if you're one of the 15M professionals we've worked with over the years — you may already be verified.
